The following Sites http://www.sesobel.org, and http://www.sesobel.net are the property of and controlled by SESOBEL. The information, presentation and every element contained on the Site are protected by copyright laws and are the property of Sesobel and their use requires special authorization.

No element, such as the written content or artwork contained on the Site, can be copied, reproduced, modified, edited, charged, distorted, transmitted or distributed under any circumstances, in part or in full, without SESOBEL’s prior written consent, except for strictly media uses and with respect to intellectual property rights or any other property right being mentioned. Only the private use of copy for your personal, private and non-commercial usage is authorized, and so, on your personal computer.

The following mention should appear on any authorized copy of all or part of the Site’s content: "COPYRIGHT SESOBEL ALL RIGHTS RESERVED". Any authorized use of elements that make up the Site or that appear on the Site should be done without any changes, modifications or alterations in any way.

All comments submitted by users of the Sites shall be reviewed by the Sites owners who are the only judges of the acceptability of these comments with no possibility to reclaim them at all. Validating a comment is not definitive and a valid comment may be removed from the Sites at any time with no possibility to reclaim it at all.

All information and pictures related to any products referenced on our Sites are not contractual.

We shall not bear responsibility for any wrong information given about the characteristics or availability of a certain product.

However, SESOBEL cannot guarantee that the information made available to the Site is exact, precise, up-to-date or totally comprehensive.

Users remain the sole proprietors of the information that they communicate to this Site. SESOBEL will not be held responsible for any false claims users make on the Site. SESOBEL reserves the right to penalize the user for any false declarations made against the Sites. Golden Book

 SESOBEL can put at the user’s disposal a web space that would allow them to leave public messages online. The web space is called “Golden Book”.

The comments and messages left on the Golden Book space are controlled and moderated by the Sites. If their content infringes the law and ethics of the Sites (racist comments, abusive publicity, defamatory comments, piracy or hacking,…) the Sites’ administrators reserve the right to remove the messages and to penalize the offenders.

Jurisdictional Provisions

The Site and its content are governed by the Lebanese and International Law, and any eventual litigation concerning the Site will be designated to the appropriate tribunals.
